By accessing or using reservedpark.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The service
ReservedPark is a parking discovery and comparison service. We display parking options near locations you search, with indicative rates. All bookings are completed on third-party websites operated by parking providers (such as SpotHero and ParkWhiz). We are not a parking operator, and we never take payment, make reservations on your behalf, or control availability, pricing, or the terms of any booking.
3. Affiliate disclosure
The Site participates in affiliate programs. When you click a provider link and complete a qualifying booking, the provider pays us a commission — at no additional cost to you. Commissions never influence which options are shown or how they are ranked; listings are ordered by rate or distance, as displayed on the page.
4. Rates, availability, and information
Rates shown on the Site are indicative and may differ from the live rate. Availability, hours, and final pricing are always confirmed by the provider at the time of booking. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that any listing is complete, current, or error-free.
5. Third-party services
Provider websites have their own terms, privacy policies, cancellation rules, and refund policies, which apply to any booking you make. A link from our Site does not imply that we endorse or are responsible for a third party’s products, services, or conduct.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and logo, is the property of ReservedPark and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReservedPark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost bookings, or costs arising from reliance on information on the Site — arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
