1. Overview
ReservedPark (“we”, “our”, or “the Site”) is a parking discovery service. This policy explains what information we collect when you use reservedpark.com, why we collect it, and the limited ways we share it. By using the Site you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
Usage data. Pages you visit, search queries you enter (which may include places you plan to go), and clicks on parking-provider links. We record these events to understand which options are useful.
Device data. Browser type, device type, operating system, and IP address, collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers.
What we do not collect: names, account credentials, or payment information. Bookings are completed on the parking provider’s website, never on ours. The only email we ever receive is one you send us voluntarily.
3. How we use information
To operate and improve the Site, to keep content relevant to the places people search, and to measure which provider links lead to bookings (affiliate attribution). We analyze data only in aggregate — we are not in the business of profiling individuals.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
We participate in affiliate programs through partner networks such as Takeads. When you click a link to a parking provider (for example, SpotHero or ParkWhiz), that network may set a cookie or use a similar technology to record that you arrived from our Site. This is how a qualifying booking is attributed to us and how we earn a commission — at no additional cost to you. We also use aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall Site traffic.
5. Third-party websites
The Site links to independent booking services operated by third parties (including SpotHero and ParkWhiz). Once you leave reservedpark.com, that provider’s own privacy policy and terms apply to everything you do there. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party sites.
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share limited, non-identifying usage data with our affiliate network for booking attribution, and with the service providers that host and operate the Site, each under confidentiality obligations.
7. Your choices
You can set your browser to refuse cookies; the Site will continue to work, though affiliate attribution may not. You can also contact us to ask what data we hold or to request its deletion.
8. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
